It’s just really made a difference with these kids. They have so much on their minds.

Some schools also offer yoga as an after-class activity. Central Florida churches(教堂) offer “mommy and me” and baby yoga classes and work yoga into summer camps. The Orlando Public Library offers monthly “ Storybook Yoga” courses.
