Chinese swimmer Xin Xin won the first gold medal for China in open water swimming at the 18th FINA World Championships on Sunday in Gwangju, Korea. It was on July 14, 2019 and was a piece of really 【1】 news. Before this, Xin has been the winner of several national swimming 【2】．

The 22­year­old young girl finished first in one hour 54 minutes and 47.20 seconds in the women's 10km open water swimming. She became the first swimmer to get a gold medal 【3】 China in the history of the swimming world championships.

To remember words better, you need to understand how memory works. There are two kinds of memory: short term and long term.
