24、 Grandpa moved in with us after Grandma passed away when I was 9. He came to Canada from China. I never spoke much Mandarin (普通话). Grandpa didn’t speak much English, but it didn’t matter.

The turning point of my life was my decision to give up my promising business job and study music. My parents didn’t think it was a good choice I took up music as a job.
