The traditional Chinese Longtaitou Festival, or Dragon-Head-Raising Festival, falls on the second day of the second lunar(阴历的) month every year. This year it falls on March 4.

25、The weather is something that no one can control. There are so many expressions about the rain. Sometimes when you need rain, yet you do not get any. Other times you get rain when you do not want it.
